We are an executive search and mid-management recruiting boutique agency supporting clients worldwide. Our goal is to connect potential candidates with potential employers in the Internet sector.

Client Information

The main page of our website is dedicated to potential clients interested in learning about our services. We collect basic information via a digital form for contact purposes or if the potential client reaches out via e-mail directly. All information received from clients via this form or email is treated as confidential and is not used for purposes other than fulfilling our obligations. We keep client information secure and prevent unauthorized disclosure. However, we are not responsible for candidates disclosing confidential information to third parties without informing us.

Candidate information

Candidates can apply for open positions via direct contact by e-mail, LinkedIn, or if we share/publish a job post (via the job ad link or e-mail, if applicable). Data collected is used solely for recruitment purposes, specifically to match candidates to job opportunities with our clients. Regarding your data:

  • Data Retention: Your personal data is only kept or used for recruitment services delivered to our clients.

  • Information Collected: This includes location of work, public or informed email address, phone (if applicable) employment history (or CV/resumes – if shared), educational background, functional expertise, and work-related keywords.

  • Collection Methods: Information is collected from publicly available sources (LinkedIn, Facebook, Xing, Google, company websites, or other social media) or directly from candidates (phone interview, video interview or in-person interview, interview notes, CVs, resumes).

  • Data Protection: Data is protected against unauthorized access by internal or external parties.

  • Access and Correction: You can request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us at contact@l-lindh.com.

  • Data Storage: Data is stored on RecruitCRM, our ATS system, and is accessible only by us, external collaborators, and clients relevant to the recruiting process. The candidates’ information is shared with clients via our ATS platform or email with strict permission controls.

  • Compliance: We ensure full compliance with GDPR regulations.

Security

Your Personal Information is treated confidentially and we highly value system security and data safeguards. Our systems use identity verification, data encryption, firewalls, malware protection, intrusion detection, safe data storing, and reliable web hosting.
