Lauren has extensive experience in Executive Search, having acquired expertise from Rocket Internet, Egon Zehnder, and McKinsey & Co. For the past 9 years, her focus has been primarily on the internet industry where she has successfully recruited top leaders in the EU, LatAm, and Asia. In 2018, she established L-Lindh Executive Search to assist digital businesses, VCs and PEs in attracting the best leadership talents.
Enguerrand Jacquilllat Co-founder
Enguerrand is an experienced entrepreneur who has spent the last 10 years in the technology sector in Paris, Madrid, and Berlin. Prior to serving as the COO of Movinga (100MM funded online business with a team of over 125 people), he was previously in charge of a prominent European wellness subscription service, which was acquired in 2016. With a background in startups, Enguerrand possesses a wealth of practical experience in growth, restructuring, expansion, and a robust network.
